In the event of a death, you will need to lodge a claim on the deceased person's insurance policy so that it can be assessed. Amahle Benefits Scheme has made it simple for you to claim by giving you the option to choose the method you are confortable with:

The Claims Department will need the following when they process a death claim:
The deceased member's policy number.
Dearth Certificate with the date and cause of death.
All relevant documentation needs to be signed and certified by a Commisioner of Oath, e.g bank manager or police office.
