The Claims Department will need the following when they process a death claim:
The deceased member's policy number.
Dearth Certificate with the date and cause of death.
All relevant documentation needs to be signed and certified by a Commisioner of Oath, e.g bank manager or police office.

Summary of DR Bahle Zondo Foundation
Dr Bahle Zondo is the founder of the Bahle Zondo foundation. His aim for this foundation is to invest in high-tech agriculture solutions that will benefit local women-managed farming coorpeatives. His main objective is to empower emerging farmers and achieve food security in Africa. Philanthropist Dr Bahle Zondo established the uMsinga Farming project in August 2018 with a clear objective to create job opportunities for local women, with the chance to become successful agri-preneurs and empower them with the means to sustain themselves and their families.
